Officers 2020

Erlina Edwards, President

Erlina Edwards has recently completed an illustrious career within corporate life where she earned the designation of Corporate Spiritual Adviser to global leaders and employees alike. Erlina, most recently in her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations, was committed to using a rich array of assessment tools to facilitate the growth of individuals and groups. She successfully utilized the Enneagram to guide, coach and mentor senior executives and staff at all levels. These practices created cooperative, compassionate environments that advanced the achievement of ethical business goals and improved bottom line results. Erlina plans to contribute her lifelong ongoing spiritual studies to the Board of Directors of The Arizona Enneagram Association in her role as its’ President. Her initial certification was through The Enneagram School of Narrative Tradition and she then went on to earn numerous certifications through other Enneagram Programs. Erlina recently moved back to Tucson with her husband Gene and is transitioning her expertise to the development of a private spiritual consulting practice. The practice provides guidance in exploring conscious life choices for an enhanced spiritual life. Reverend Edwards is a Graduate of The International Interfaith Seminary, was Ordained in 2001 and has earned certifications from multiple accredited programs that have advanced and broadened her business and spiritual studies.

Jenny Yoder, Secretary

Jenny brings twenty plus years of expertise working in diverse roles from small-business to Fortune 100 multinationals around the world. Her educational background is in psychology and organizational management, combined with her ICF certification as a coach.Currently, Jenny works with leaders and teams as an organizational development consultant and leadership coach within HonorHealth, a non-profit healthcare organization serving the Phoenix community. Additionally, she is a co-founder, consultant and coach for Trinity Performance Group, and serves as a volunteer coach for Stand Beside Them, a non-profit organization providing coaching services for veterans. Jenny was introduced to the Enneagram in 2006 when training as a Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West. In 2010 she earned the Accredited Teacher designation with the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and currently holds the IEA Accredited Professional designation. In 2014 she received certification as a Riso-Hudson Enneagram Institute teacher and as an Authorized EI Workshop provider.

Marilyn Johnson, Treasurer

Marilyn F. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. Her research focuses on corporate disclosure decisions. Recent research projects have examined the relation between fees for non-audit services, audit fees, and earnings management; the impact of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 on shareholder wealth and voluntary disclosure policy; and the impact of corporate conference calls on individual and institutional investors. She is a past member of the Deloitte Touche Academic Advisory Board and serves on the editorial board of Investor Relations Quarterly, a publication of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Sunil Ahuja

Sunil Ahuja, the founder of Integral Transformation Systems, is a leadership development trainer, coach and public speaker.  Prior to his work in personal  development, he had over twenty years of professional experience in the corporate world as an IT project manager and consultant, leading system implementation, development and requirements definition projects in the USA and India.  He has worked or consulted with Fortune 500 companies including JD Edwards and Deloitte, as well as several technology startups. Sunil has an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University, a PGDM from IIM, Calcutta and a B. Tech from IIT, Kharagpur.  He is certified/licensed in Developmental Coaching and Assessment, Spiritual Intelligence assessment, Spiral Dynamics, Change Management, Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws for Business Success workshop and the Avatar Course.

Art Guina

Arthur Guina was born and raised in the Philippines, moving to the States in 2002.  He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a B.S in Community Development, and completed masteral and doctoral degrees in Theology and Christian Ministry. He has been on staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, International since 1977. Art began reading about the Enneagram about a decade ago, but it was not until he attended AEA workshops that it made more sense to him and he began to experience its transformative power in his own life and work.  Hence, his desire to pay back and contribute what he can to help further AEA’s mission.

Christy Dargus

Christy Dargus graduated from TCU with a B.S. in Psychology and ASU with a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. Christy has more than ten years of experience spanning many non-profit community organizations in Arizona, Texas and Chile. Currently, she is working to develop a community prevention program for the prevention of substance misuse. She is also certified to teach Mental Health First Aid and works to build community resilience. Christy was introduced to the Enneagram in 2009 and continues to study and use it in her personal and professional life.

AEA Staff

Jaye Andres, Executive Director

Jaye Andres holds degrees in Psychology (B.Sc.) and Business (MBA). She is a “founding mother” of the Arizona Enneagram Association and served on the AEA board for six years; four as vice-president and two years as president (2009-2014). Jaye has lived and worked internationally, having been a peace corps volunteer in Thailand and worked for seven years with USAID in Zambia and Rwanda.Jaye certified in the Enneagram (narrative tradition) in 2006 and has been involved in teaching and coaching using the Enneagram since that time.  As a life coach, consultant and workshop facilitator, her passion is to assist others in raising their self-awareness and move past limiting beliefs & habits to live a fuller, freer, richer and more peaceful life. 

Sheila Grant, Administrative Assistant

Sheila Grant is an Arizona native. She is a professional bookkeeper with her own private practice that she started in January 2005. After spending her life doing accounting for others, raising children, and always seeking self-improvement and self-understanding, she is now semi-retired and dedicated to her work with the AEA. Having discovered the Enneagram early in 2016, Sheila found many answers to issues that no other study had answered for her in all her years of searching. She has been a committed supporter of the AEA since her first encounter with the Enneagram and the organization. She currently lives in Phoenix and enjoys a close connection with her daughters and grandchildren. 

WendyLynn Flemming, Event Coordinator

WendyLynn graduated Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New Orleans with special focus in Psychology and Philosophy in 2009. In the fall of 2008, she received her Empowerment Life Coaching Certification from iPec (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and also completed the Life Potentials Certification Program and the Energy Leadership Program. In 2019, WendyLynn received her certification as an Enneagram IEQ Practitioner from Integrative 9 Enneagram Solutions and also opened her own company, I-Empowerment Arizona Presentations, Practitioners, & Publications.

WendyLynn loves teaching workshops around the Enneagram, Empowerment, and her two published books – Truth And Dare Empowerment Coaching Curriculum for Teens and a self-help book entitled The Undivided Self. She also does one-on-one coaching and Enneagram IEQ Assessment Debriefs for those committed to personal(ity) growth and personal development.
